Due to the time and creative energy invested, all design service payments are non-refundable. If you have a concern about your order, please reach out directly and we’ll do our best to assist you.

All digital downloads are final sale. Because files are delivered instantly, no refunds or exchanges are offered.

Missed Communication

If a client fails to respond or communicate within 7 days of purchase, the project may be marked complete. A rebooking fee may apply to resume work.
